She’s only been with us for a few weeks, but she’s already making valuable contributions to our LISA course content and thought-leadership projects.

What excites Kelly about ITAM’s future? You guessed it: AI.
“I’m specifically thinking about things like AI driven automation, AI cloud management, AI license management. I’m excited about how much time AI could save ITAM. We need to be thinking about those simpler day-to-day tasks and finding way to automate them or make the process faster so we can be freed up to work on more complex ITAM challenges.”
Biggest Challenges Facing ITAM
Kelly believes the biggest challenge facing ITAM professionals at the moment is time. We’re positive many of you will agree!
“People working in the ITAM space are very overloaded. This makes it challenging to accomplish ITAM goals. ITAM used to be much simpler. Now, you have monthly subscriptions that need constant review. You have cloud environments and hybrid environments to manage. In my opinion, anything that can save time on day-to-day ITAM tasks is worth considering.”
