ITAM Excellence Awards 2025 Entry Terms and Conditions

By submitting an entry to the ITAM Excellence Awards 2025 (“the Award”), the entrant (“you”) agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to ITAM professionals who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in each award.
  • Employees of the organising body are not eligible.

2. Entry Submission

  • All entries must be submitted via the official entry form/platform before the deadline. For round one, 11pm BST on the 20th July 2025 and for round two, 11pm BST on the 17th August 2025.
  • Incomplete, late, or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.
  • Multiple entries may be permitted per person/company, unless otherwise stated.

3. Entry Content

  • All information provided must be truthful and accurate. False or misleading claims may result in disqualification.
  • By entering, you confirm that the content submitted is your original work or that you have the legal rights and permissions to use any third-party materials included.
  • ITAM Forum accepts no responsibility for lost or corrupted files or technical issues that prevent submission.

4. Judging and Awards

  • Entries will be judged according to the criteria set out in the official award rules.
  • The decision of the judging panel is final, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
  • Round one shortlisted candidates will be required to provide additional information to be considered for round two.

5. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your submitted materials; however, by entering, you grant the ITAM Forum a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your entry for judging, publicity, and promotional purposes if required.

6. Confidentiality

  • Sensitive information marked as confidential will be treated as such by the ITAM Forum and judges, though full confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

7. Publicity

  • By entering, you agree to the use of your name, likeness, and entry details in promotional materials and media coverage.

8. Withdrawal and Disqualification

  • Entrants may withdraw at any time prior to the judging stage by notifying the ITAM Forum in writing to support@itamf.org.
  • ITAM Forum reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

9. Liability

  • The organiser will not be liable for any claim, loss, or damage arising from participation in the awards, except where required by law.

10. Amendments and Cancellation

  •  The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the awards process if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
